1996 GRAND SPORT PACKAGE Z16
Entering its last year of production, and with the return of the Z51 suspension, the fourth generation Corvette celebrated its long successful run with this special Grand Sport Edition.
The 1996 Grand Sport Corvette commemorates the famous racing Grand Sport of the 60’s with its red, white, and blue color scheme. The engine is a special one-year only version called the LT4.
This car is VIN #000004, indicating it was the fourth Grand Sport manufactured and is only the second convertible of its kind. It was owned by GM and used in many promotional photos.
