2004 COMMEMORATIVE EDITION Z06

This ZO6 puts the C5 to bed. The Lemans Blue with silver stripes on the hood is the last of the C5 ZO6 Corvettes. Speaking of hoods, this one weighs only 20.5 pounds – the carbon fiber hood was used only on these ZO6s.

Carbon fiber then became the material of choice for the 2006 ZO6 fenders, etc. By the way, I was one of only a handful to drive the 2006 ZO6 and see it before it was released. Ask how!

This car was hard for Chevrolet dealers to get. They had to sell seven or more Corvettes in 2003 to get just one of these Commemorative Editions. Thanks to Ressler Motors of Bozeman, this car will shine in my collection! And, with only 3 miles on it, it is here to stay. Plus, it looks good next to my 2001 ZO6, which was the first year of the ZO6! I consider myself lucky – one of the first and one of the last!
