2003 50th ANNIVERSARY EDITION
Here is the twin of the 1953. It also has VIN# 243 and the same colors…read on to see how this happened!
2003 represents 50 years of Corvettes. This anniversary beauty is a little different than most because of its color. The majority of the 50th Anniversary cars are anniversary red, so why is this one white?
This car was ordered especially to match the 1953 Corvette in my collection. The previous owner ordered his 50th Anniversary car with white exterior, red interior and a black top and asked for a matching VIN# to his ’53, making a truly unique pair.
I was lucky enough to buy this matched set and feel very fortunate and spoiled! This car has never been driven and must stay with its “older brother” as a pair. Don’t you agree?
